Shareholders’ Meeting Board
The board of the general meeting shall comprise its respective chairman, a deputy chairman and a secretary.
The general meeting shall be convened and directed by the chairman of the board thereof or, in the event of his absence or inability to be present, by the deputy chairman.
The general meeting shall be convened with a minimum advance notice of thirty days with a precise indication of the issues to be dealt with.
