TMN at Fantasporto 2005

The 25th edition of Fantasporto will take place this year, and TMN is once again its sponsor. For this, TMN launched a campaign where various tickets can be won for the largest festival of amazing Portuguese cinema.
TMN launched a competition for the General Public, where people can win passes to assist every session of the Fantasporto or double tickets for any session of their choice. In order to apply, all you have to do is send a small film or a “fantastic” MMS to 962161200. The promotion of this competition will be carried out in TMN stores and agents in the Porto area, in bars and Universities with posters and leaflets as well as on local radio stations.
For Agents in the Porto area, so as to give incentives for promoting this competition, TMN will give away 2 double tickets per Agent.
Parallel to this, TMN will also give away tickets to clients and journalists in the north.
TMN will be present at the Rivoli on weekends and the opening and closing sessions with a structure where people can have fun taking phantasmagorical photographs. Video calls, MMS Post cards and MMS services will also be promoted.
In order to motivate the use of new technologies, TMN will, for the first time, provide the Fantasporto agenda, as well as trailers of the main films on the i9 Portal.
TMN is also, and for the first time, sponsor of the Portuguese Short Motion Pictures Competition which is called “Porto in Short Motion” and the winner will be awarded a 3G mobile telephone.
In the main Fantasporto session, TMN will sponsor “the silence of the mobile telephones”. In an original manner, and after a TMN advertisement spot, a voice will ask the audience to silence their mobile telephones: “TMN sponsors the silence of the mobile telephones”.
TMN will also be present at a press conference that will take place on the 18th of February in which it will inform the press of the various events that will follow within the scope of the Fantasporto sponsorship.
