TMN launches collect call
Wednesday, August 03, 2005
Comprising the K service range, TMN launches Krava. This is the first mobile collect call service which is especially aimed at younger users.

TMN gives us another clue for when we don’t have any credit on our pre-paid cards. The service is called Krava which allows one to make mobile collect calls. These calls can be made to any private TMN client (except Pakos). If the receiver accepts, he/she will accept the cost of the call without any extra charge, and only paying what they would normally pay on a normal call.
Using the Krava service is very simple. The client who wishes to request a collect call only needs to dial 122 before the TMN number of the person with whom they wish to speak. The Krava receiver can then decide whether to accept the call or not or even request to be called back later.
Contemplating younger users aged between 15 and 24 years, Krava is a new way of making a call when there is no or few credit, but also it is another way of managing the credits.
It is important to mention that, as a result of important technological development, Krava is the first service of its type in Portugal and one of the first in the world, and is a very useful complement to the K series which already includes the Kolmi, the Karga, the Karga Mesada, the Ká Se Paga and Konto Kontigo.
With this new service, TMN reinforces its position in the youth segment and once again offers the Portuguese market an innovative solution which is essentially orientated towards the client’s well being.
