In order to create strategies of fidelisation and differentiation turned to an increasingly demanding public, Fnac is going to revamp its Web channel. The areas of product availability (ecommerce) and fidelisation and improvement of services presented (emarketing) are the great commitments of this revamping.
Two projects are underway at Fnac. The first covers global Project Management, in which PT-SI contributes towards the development of programmes and the conception of new functions. The other project is related to the implementation of a new image for the Web channel and whose design will be created by one of the Fnac internal teams.
A second phase is still foreseen for Usage and Quality Certification that will reinforce this partnership between PT-SI and Fnac.
Note that Fnac is the first European distributor of cultural products which is present in various countries in the world.
