Netcabo is launching a new campaign today. Netcabo clients with 4 Mb and 8 Mb price lists will now benefit from unlimited traffic. If you adhere until 31st October, you too can surf with no limit
Netcabo has just launched the campaign “Pronto para Surfar sem Limites?” (Are you ready to surf without limit?) and removes the traffic limits to the 4 Mb and 8 Mb price lists. This offer is valid for the clients who use these products and for those who adhere until 30th October, with no increase in price.
With the offer of unlimited traffic until 31st March 2007, Netcabo is the first ISP to bring down the last – and most significant – barrier for intense Internet users. It now renders available the cheapest product on the market for this type of Client.
This campaign, which implied an investment of Euro 4 million, allowed Netcabo to stand out amongst the other competitors, reasserting the position as a leading company within the broadband Internet market.
“We clearly want to be at the top of innovation”, said Pedro Leitão, director at PT Multimedia, during the presentation to the press yesterday in Fórum Picoas.

César Vistas, Internet Product manager, also referred the good performance of the Netcabo assistance service. Each call has an average waiting time of merely 6 seconds and 94% of the calls are answered in less than 30 seconds and 68% of the cases are solved during the first contact.
In addition to the continuous improvement of the product, Netcabo has bet on better service to the client rendering available tools such as the Assistente Netcabo, that assures online support, 24 hours a day on the client’s computer, System Care, a micro-computer support line exclusive for Netcabo clients, in which there will only be costs for the client if the situation is solved and the immediate activation of the service is assured.
Targeted to the young, the campaign bets “on complementing all the means of the creative side”, said Lourenço Thomaz, from Partners. This way, in addition to the traditional means, Television (standard channels and cable), Press, Radio, Internet and Intranet, Cinema, Masters and Mupis, the campaign also includes the development of a microsite (http://www.as3amigas.netcabo.pt/) and the decoration of 23 TV Cabo stores.
Conceived by Partners and produced by Still, people from 12 different countries were involved in its production: Portugal, Brazil, Sweden, Belgium, France, Indonesia, Singapore, Italy, Argentina, United States, Malaysia and Australia. Directed by Niklas Hansen and Jean François Julien, the campaign film was shot in Bali, in Indonesia and featured original music.
