Friday, November 21, 2008
“Dreams in Colour Live – 12.04.08 Coliseu”, the first solo DVD in the career of David Fonseca, will be subject to an unparalleled initiative. This will be the first DVD available simultaneously in music shops and Meo VideoClub’s Video on Demand on next 26 November. Anticipating this launch, the exclusive premiere will take place on TMN’s Meo Mobile on 21 November

On next 26 November, the first solo DVD by David Fonseca will be launched simultaneously in music shops and Meo VideoClub. This is an unmatched initiative which will delight fans. But for the most anxious admirers, TMN’s Meo Mobile will anticipate this moment and will carry out an exclusive premiere on 21 November. All day long, TMN’s television service customers will be able to view three themes from the symbolic Coliseu concert for free: “Superstars”, “Silent Void” and “Kiss Me, Oh Kiss Me”.

Apart from the concert line-up in Meo’s VideoClub, the first solo DVD of David Fonseca’s career will be edited in two other formats. The special edition will include four live themes from the South-western (Sudoeste) Festival and a bonus CD with the Coliseu concert. It will be sold in a special box as a limited edition and pre-sold exclusively at Fnac.pt.

It should be recollected that ‘Dreams in Colour Live -

12.04.08 Coliseu’ also includes a new track, 'Orange Tree’. Composed on purpose for the concert at Lisbon’s Coliseu, it was recorded recently on studio and it has already premiered on national radios.

The concert line-up is common in both versions – special and standard – as well as the bonus audio CD and the DVD extras: eight videoclips by David Fonseca, comments from the directors and the already famous webisodes, directed by David Fonseca and published in his blog - http://davidfonseca.blogs.sapo.pt/ - which have accompanied the “Dreams In Colour” phase.

The DVD reproduces the unique environment conceived by David Fonseca around “Dreams In Colour”: a strong plastic component, an unusual energy, and a handful of representative songs from his career. In the DVD line-up we may find themes such as: “Someone That Cannot Love”, “Who Are U?”, “Hold Still”, “Our Hearts Will Beat As One”, recent “Superstars”, “Kiss Me, Oh Kiss Me”, memories from the Silence 4 days with “A Little Respect” and also versions that we are used to hear from the artist such as: “Song To The Siren”; “V&iacut” and ”Video Killed The Radio Star” or “Together In Electric Dreams”.
