TMN’s innovative service facilitates contacts

In order to render communication easier and more immediate, TMN has just launched Contacto Disponível (Contact Available), an innovative and free alert service that enables its customers to be informed by SMS on the availability of the TMN mobile handsets they have tried to reach without success
TMN launches, on 5th March, Contacto Disponível, an innovative service that allows TMN’s customers to be informed by SMS on the availability of the numbers they had previously tried to get in touch with without success.
Developed in partnership with Comverse, Contacto Disponível is a very useful service whenever a TMN customer tries to call a TMN mobile that is unavailable for any reason. As soon as the mobile handset of the called party becomes available, the caller is informed by SMS. The customer can thus calmly wait for the reception of this SMS message without having to worry about making other call attempts.
Free, simple, comfortable and without subscription, Contacto Disponível is activated in every TMN mobile, working as a true add-on to the Lost Calls service, launched by TMN in August of 2005.
With the introduction of Contacto Disponível, TMN continues a consolidated strategy of service development and update, crossing constant technology advances with market needs. TMN is currently the Portuguese mobile operator with the largest number of call completion services, making several options available to its customers in order to carry through the intended communication.
