| Nuno Artur Silva, from Produções Fictícias, announced Q channel’s novelties | As of 29 September, the broadcasting period of this exclusive MEO channel will be extended, instead of the current duration of two hours, from noon to 3 AM. It will also offer a new programming grid with 30 programs instead of the initial grid with just 15 programs. These programs will be written, produced, directed, presented and interpreted from scratch from ideas and original formats created exclusively for this channel.
These contents may be viewed at a fixed time of the day or whenever customers wish to do it, via the interactive red key.
Available at position 15 of MEO, Portugal Telecom’s pay-TV service, Q channel has its own brand, original and differentiated from any other channel. A space of entertainment and information, Q is a channel under construction, but mostly under deconstruction in the way that it questions itself about the established idea of what is a TV channel.
